Take the journey with us towards energy use reduction, by taking on board premium-quality, highly reliable evaporative cooling solutions!
Efficient cooling solutions for a large number of different applications:
Factories are the most common place where you can install evaporative cooling. They are usually big areas where production machines can also produce a significant amount of heat. Excess heat can cause machines to trip, so keeping temperatures low with an industrial air conditioner is not only good for humans, but also for equipment.
Our portfolio of products include some evaporative cooling solutions not increasing humidity, so perfect for certain applications.
Commercial buildings are very hard to cool with traditional air conditioning, because of their physical size. Warehouses are usually not conditioned at all: this can impact negatively for some stored goods (perishable foods, and pharmaceuticals) and also for the productivity of the staff working there. Also shops and commercial venues can be hard to cool with conventional systems, as doors and windows are continuosly opening and closing: this can affect traditional A/C performance, but not evaporative coolers.
Garages and vehicle testing centres are usually semi-open hot spaces, & the air is full of vehicle exhaust emissions. Again, these open spaces cannot be cooled using conventional air conditioning, but working conditions can be challenging and definitely unhealthy. These areas are easy to cool with evaporative cooling, as they are usually high buildings where simple ducting is required.
Evaporative cooling is a great solution for sport centers and gyms in general. It can provide basic moisture that human body needs. Moreover, evaporative coolers supply cool (not cold) air, which is far more healthy when you play sport.
Outdoor areas (including terraces, tents, outdoor dining areas) have no walls to contain the cool air: these spaces would be impossible to cool using conventional air conditioning because that type of system relies on recirculating the air of a sealed space. The problem can be solved by using evaporative air coolers like Breezair, which can easily supply a flow of fresh and cool air to those areas, since all the air is naturally exhausted all the time.
We have supplied evaporative cooling solutions in many educational centers. Children spend a large portion of their day indoor at school: ensuring that schools are ventilated and have good Indoor Air Quality is critical to protecting and supporting the health and wellbeing of students and teachers. All Seeley International evaporative cooling products increase ventilation by acting on the fresh air portion of an AHU or directly supplying outside air into the space.

Why Seeley International?
Seeley International is Australia’s largest air conditioning manufacturer and a global leader in the development of ingenious, energy efficient cooling products for commercial and industrial markets.
Our vision : “To lead the world in creating climate control solutions which continue to be highly innovative, of premium quality, and inspirational in their delivery of energy efficiency”
Direct evaporative cooling
In direct evaporative coolers, hot outside air is drawn through water-soaked cooling pads. As the air is pushed through these pads, water evaporates and heat in the air is absorbed, which lowers the air temperature. A fan then pushes the cool air throughout the building via a network of ducts. It is called direct evaporative cooling because the air is directly cooled thanks to water evaporation.
Our products lead the world for high quality and durability: our Chairman Frank Seeley has designed the first whole made plastic coolers and still today Breezair is the benchmark for worldwide competitors.

Hyper-efficient indirect evaporative cooling
Seeley International patented indirect evaporative air conditioners use a hyper-efficient heat exchanger to produce 100% fresh, cool, outside air, with no added moisture.
The fresh cold air produced by indirect evaporative coolers can be similar to that produced by refrigerated systems, with temperatures that approach the ambient dew-point temperature, using up to 80% less energy. The air is indirectly cooled by evaporation inside the core, therefore they are called indirect evaporative coolers.
