Seeley International’s Commercial Sales Team recently had the opportunity to visit 150 Grenfell Street, one of Australia’s most innovative and sustainable buildings, to witness its state-of-the-art HVAC system in action.
Developed by Built Environs Pty. Ltd, this landmark project aims to become Adelaide’s first Carbon Neutral certified office, setting new benchmarks in energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Innovative HVAC technology in action
The mechanical installation and mechanical services plumbing works were carried out by Westside Group, with Westside Services’ Service Manager, Paul Jeffery, providing insights into the pivotal role of Seeley International’s Climate Wizard. The Climate Wizard units are delivering significant energy savings while maintaining exceptional indoor air quality, supporting the project’s ambitious sustainability goals.

One of the key learnings from the visit was how Climate Wizard units, combined with system optimisation strategies, contribute to remarkable energy efficiency gains. This project is a prime example of how cutting-edge, multi-product HVAC solutions can seamlessly integrate with world-class building design to drive sustainability.

- Supply Temperature to AHU – 17.7°C (at 38.1°C DB / 19.1°C WB Ambient)

- Expected 103 kW peak input power savings, equating to a 44% reduction
