The MagIQtouch® Controller
The energy-saving mode in this system enhances efficiency when an external air sensor (available as an optional extra) is installed. This sensor works in conjunction with the MagIQtouch® controller, allowing additional benefits in thermostatic mode by automatically turning off the pump based on the external ambient temperature.
The system is Modbus capable, ensuring seamless integration and ease of operation with an in-built installation wizard. Each cooler comes with a 20m wiring loom, with the option to extend it up to 40m. Additionally, pin access is available for qualified service personnel to modify system settings when needed.
For expanded operation, a single MagIQtouch® controller can manage up to 60 coolers, provided the total wiring loom length remains below 1,000m. This is made possible through an optional Link Module and wiring loom, eliminating the need for special controllers. Furthermore, the MagIQtouch® controller offers compatibility with Braemar ducted gas heating and Climate Wizard cooling, allowing seamless control of both systems from a single interface.
Energy saving mode
- When an external air sensor is installed (as an optional extra), it will work with the MagIQtouch® controller to add additional benefits to thermostatic mode.
- The pump will automatically be turned off based on the external ambient temperature.
Modbus capable
- Easy operating process due to in-built installation wizard.
- Each cooler comes supplied with 20m wiring loom.
- Option to extend this up to a maximum length of 40m.
Pin access is available for competent service personnel to make system modifications
- Operate up to 60 coolers (total loom length must be <1,000m) from a single MagIQtouch® controller, using optional Link Module and wiring loom – no special controllers required.
Link module
- Allows connection to additional coolers and sensor into the system using RJ 6 way communication cables.
External air sensor
- Displays current outside temperature.
- Intuitively optimises water and energy usage based on outside ambient conditions.
- Extends the life of your air conditioner by automatically draining the water tank when temperature nears freezing.
Remote temperature sensor
- A remote temperature and humidity sensing module.
- Enables the MagIQtouch® controller to be mounted in a convenient location (e.g. control room), while still sensing air from the conditioned space.
- The technology includes in-built Installation Wizard, making the operating process simple.
- Operate up to 60 coolers from a single MagIQtouch® Controller, using optional Link Module and wiring loom – no special controllers required.
MagIQtouch® BMS Control
- External air sensor Displays current outside temperature and intuitively optimises water and energy usage based on outside ambient conditions.
- Extends the life of your air conditioner by automatically draining the water tank when temperature nears freezing.
