Seeley International has thrown its support behind the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation ensuring its luxury charity home at Hindmarsh Island will have year-round climate control when it goes under the auctioneer’s hammer on February 26.
The spacious three-bedroom home, designed and built by award-winning Systembuilt Homes on land donated by The Hindmarsh Island Marina, will be auctioned on site at 11am on Saturday, February 26, unless sold prior, with proceeds going to the WCH Foundation, the official charity of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Seeley International has donated five Haier split system air-conditioning units for the project, ensuring year round comfort for the successful bidder.
Foundation CEO Sam Tolley said the Foundation had been overwhelmed by the support and generosity of the many South Australian businesses like Seeley International, who have contributed to the project.
“The support we have received from the South Australian business community is a testament to the sense of goodwill and generous spirit that exists in our state for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital,” he said.
“On behalf of the Foundation and all the staff and patients at the hospital who will benefit from the proceeds of the charity house, I’d like to sincerely thank everyone at Seeley International for their support.”
The Systembuilt Home comes fully landscaped with a double garage and includes a master bedroom with en suite, two other bedrooms, a second bathroom, open plan living with raked ceilings, a stunning contemporary kitchen with stone benches and glass splashbacks, and an outdoor alfresco dining area.
