The CW-80 Series
The CW-80 and CW-80S Supercool are ideal solutions for cooling large commercial and industrial open spaces. Both systems are designed for seamless integration with heating products, providing a complete sustainable HVAC solution. The Climate Wizard CW-80 indirect evaporative air conditioner uses a hyper-efficient counter-flow heat exchanger to deliver 100% fresh, cool outside air without adding moisture, making it perfect for various environments.
The CW-80S Supercool, specifically designed to maintain precise temperature and humidity levels, is ideal for applications where moisture content needs to be finely tuned, such as data centers, printing facilities, wineries, and food manufacturing. It combines indirect/direct evaporative cooling technology to provide optimal environmental control.
Both the CW-80 and CW-80S Supercool are available in Standard Capacity and High-Capacity variations to meet different cooling demands.
- Cooling capacity of up to 261 kW of outside air
- Supply air up to 8,500 m3 /h (36,000L\s)
- Power consumption less than 14.2kW
- Max external static pressure up to 820Pa
- Supply air pressure damper regulates air pressure in the discharge plenum.
- Intake air is filtered through 16 replaceable pleated G4 filters.
- Made of 304 Stainless Steel, supported be a heavy gauge galvanised base frame for structural stability.
- 4 x supply (560mm) and 4 x exhaust (355mm) backward curved, centrifugal fans, directly coupled to variable speed EC Motors.
- Fitted with a Schneider PLC Controller for local control and functionality.
- Optional Multi-Magic & MagiQTouch Controllers
- Standard BACnet & MODBUS capability.
- CW-80S and S Hi-Cap is fitted with the latest Mini-Cell^ Chillcel® Pad Technology to deliver optimum cooling efficiency and humidity control.
- Water distributor delivers calibrated volume of water to efficiently supercool the unit’s leaving air.
- Corrosion free and self-draining drip tray.
