Seeley International’s market-leading 7 star equivalent* Braemar ducted gas heater has emerged victorious in the Product/Service Excellence category at this year’s ARBS Industry Awards, announced at a gala ceremony at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne overnight.
In accepting the prestigious accolade, Seeley International Founder and Executive Chairman, Mr Frank Seeley AM, said it was rewarding to see such an innovative and market-leading product formally recognised with the highest honour in the HVAC&R Industry.
“There were plenty of industry sceptics that claimed it couldn’t be done, but Seeley International has made manufacturing history by developing the world’s first 7 star super energy-efficient ducted gas heater – our revolutionary Braemar 7 star equivalent* ducted gas heater,” Mr Seeley said.

It is the latest award win for the revolutionary product, having previously been announced as an ABA 100 winner for ‘Best New Product’ in The Australian Business Awards in 2015, as well as winning the ‘Product Design: Hardware and Building’ category in the 2015 Good Design Australia awards.

The 7 star equivalent Braemar ducted gas heater, which is manufactured by Seeley International at its factory in Albury, New South Wales, is available in a 26.6kW capacity with natural gas and is suitable for internal installations. Its line-up of quality features include the MagIQtouch® touch screen controller, optional zoning for up to ten areas, Australia’s first and only inverter motor for ducted gas heating and on/off programmable settings. It also has a 7 year comprehensive warranty and a 10 year heat exchanger and burner warranty period.
